Pingdingshan Kun Tai Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. was founded in 2014. It is a modern agroforestry enterprise which relies on wild forest and fruit resources of Funiu mountain to develop and transfer technology. The company is mainly devoted to the high-tech development of Funiu mountain wild grapes, wild kiwi and cornus. It mainly develops production of De Xiu wild mountain wine, De Xiu wild kiwi fruit wine, red fairy cornus health wine, blueberry fruit wine and so on.

  The company's first investment was 56 million yuan, relying on the rich wild forest and fruit resources of eight hundred Li Funiu mountain. The company established 10000 mu wild grape protection base, 10000 mu Kiwi nature reserve, 10000 mu organic cornus base, employing the scientific research results of the Northwest A&F University's Wine School, employing the senior wine factory of Minquan SunGod wine factory to guide the whole course. The company adopts the advanced French brewing technology, having the whole set of modern production equipment and the standard production workshop, which are specialized in the natural wild high nutrition, high health and organic green fermented drink, in order to solve a series of diseases such as high blood pressure, high blood fat, high blood sugar and low immunity and find a road of "get food from nature, protect human health".

贾振军博士:坤泰农业总经理兼总工程师,1968年出生于鲁山县四棵树乡,2000年考入国家985高校西北农林科技大学农学研究生,西北农林科技大学农学博士、高级讲师、鲁山县移民局劳动技能培训特聘专业讲师、鲁山县食品安全委员会专家组成员。

在校期间,贾博士一方面主攻专业知识,另一方面对农林方面的野生林果知识情有独钟,并把家乡伏牛山野生林果资源的调查、开发利用作为研究课题、潜心研究。毕业后坚持一线教学科研10年。

2014年8月,创办了坤泰农业开发有限公司,依托伏牛山丰富的野生葡萄资源,利用西北农林大学葡萄酒学院科研成果,并聘请民权长城桑干葡萄酒资深酿酒专家全程指导,创建了德秀野生葡萄酒庄。德秀酒庄填补了河南省野山葡萄酿酒的空自开辟了中原地区“向大自然要健康安全食品,并实现工业化生”的历史先河。

    Dr. Jia Zhenjun:He is general manager and chief engineer of Kun Tai Agricultrue. He was born in Sikeshu village in Lushan county in 1968. In 2000, he was admitted to the graduate student of China's 985 Northwest A&F University. He is doctor of agriculture, senior lecturer of Northwest A&F University, the professional instructor of the labor skill training of the Immigration Bureau of Lushan County, and the member of expert group of the food safety committee of Lushan Mountain County.

    During the period of school, on the one hand, Dr. Jia focused on professional knowledge, and on the other hand, he showed special preference to the knowledge of wild forest and fruit in the field of agroforestry, and the investigation and exploitation of wild forest and fruit resources in his hometown was studied by him as a research topic. After graduation, he adheres to the first line of teaching and scientific research for 10 years.

    In August 2014, he founded Kun Tai Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. , relying on the rich wild grape purple garden of Funiu mountain, using the scientific research results of the Wine School of Northwest A&F University, and employing the full guidance of the senior wine expert of the Minquan Great Wall SunGod wine, and De Xiu chateau was founded. De Xiu chateau fills the blank of wild wine in Henan province. It opens up a historical precedent for "get health and safety food from nature, and realize industrial production" in Central Plains.

1、野生资源得天独厚

伏牛山野生葡萄原料供应丰富,伏牛山野生葡萄理论储量高5000吨,可供市场开发利用至少在1000吨以上。同时坤泰农业德秀酒庄为保证原料持续供应与保护,在鲁山四棵树乡、团城乡、赵村镇、尧山镇与农户合作,建立了万亩野生葡萄自然保护区,并与农户签订收购协议。

德秀酒庄创始人贾振军是国家985高校西北农林科技大学农学博士,技米依托西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院的技术成果,并聘请法国路易金樽中国区总裁,***酿酒专家孙军超先生为指导。

伏牛山位于北纬32--34度之间,刚好位于北纬33度世界葡萄美酒生命线上,且处于暖温带和亚热带交替地带,属于半湿润半干旱气候,气温干湿度适中;伏牛山高山林地土壤多成大大小小的石碎片、植物营养素及腐殖质组成,透水性好,富里酸成份、氮磷钾等含量高。而富里酸被誉为自然界动植物的“初乳”,科学研究表明富里酸通常含有70种或更多的矿物质和微量元素,是理想的天然养料。野生葡萄根系发达能从土壤中吸收大量的矿物质及微量元素,因而具有高营养、高保健之神奇功效是大自然馈赠人类的珍稀瑰宝。

The advantages of Kun Tai Agriculture De Xiu chateau

1、The wild resources are richly endowed by nature

Funiu mountain wild grapes are rich in raw materials, reserves are in the tens of thousands of tons. They can be used for market development and the annual output is no less than 1000 tons. De Xiu wild wine has become the national ecological origin protection products. Paying attention to the protection of the ecological origin, the government of Lushan county put the mountain woodland of 8 villages and towns of 420 thousand mu in the western mountain area into the wild grape natural protection picking area.

2、Geographical latitude, climate, and soil conditions are superior

Funiu Mountain is located between 32 degree and 34 degree of north latitude. It is located at the life line of the world grape wine with 33 degree of north latitude, and in the warm and subtropical zone. It belongs to the semi-humid and semi-arid climate with moderate dry humidity. And soil of Funiu mountain is composed of large and small stone fragments, vegetative nutrients and humus. It has good permeability, fulvic acid, calcium, iron, zinc, selenium and other trace elements. Fulvic acid is known as the "colostrum" of natural animals and plants. The scientific research shows that fulvic acid usually contains more than 70 minerals and trace elements. And it is an ideal natural nourishment. The developed roots of wild grapes can absorb a large amount of minerals and trace elements from soil, so it has the miraculous effect of high nutrition and high health care, which is the treasure of nature to humans.

3、Strong technical strength

Jia Zhenjun, the founder of De Xiu chateau, is a doctor of agronomy at the Northwest A&F University, relying on the technical achievements of the Northwest A&F University Wine School and employing a professor of wine college in the school as a consultant, and employing the senior wine maker of the SunGod dry wine factory to guide.
